Guidelines for SPECTRA 2025 Presenters

1. Presenters are required to choose a target journal or proceeding according to the scope of their paper.

2. Full papers must be submitted using the format of the selected journal or proceeding.

3. All submissions will undergo a peer-review process.

4. Article Processing Charges (APC) will be announced later and will only apply if the paper is accepted by the publisher.
