Submission Guide

The 15th Engineering International Conference (EIC)

All full papers must be submitted through the Official EIC-15 Submission System (WEB EIC UNNES).
Only papers submitted via the system will be processed by the committee.
Authors must read and understand the E3S Web of Conferences Publishing Ethics Guidelines before submitting manuscripts.
Contributing authors must be from at least two different countries to meet international indexing requirements.
To avoid serial publication practices, each author is allowed to publish a maximum of two articles (regardless of their position in the author list)
Non-fulfilment of these aspects will cause your manuscript to be rejected.
Since we encounter ethical problems, manipulation, self-citation, etc., we prefer to limit the number of references to 15

Each submission must be accompanied by a License Agreement form:

Authors are required to submit a Turnitin Similarity Report with the following rules:

Ensure that your manuscript is free from plagiarism. The maximum similarity index accepted at the 15th EIC is 20% (without bibliography).
Reports should not be submitted to institutional repositories.
The Turnitin report (PDF) must be uploaded via Supplemental File Submission.

Each author must upload the following documents:

Signed License Agreement (PDF)
Turnitin Similarity Report (PDF)

For Supplemental File Submission, use the following folder naming format:

EIC15_ManuscriptNo_FirstAuthorName

Example: EIC15_9999_Edi Sarwono

Only submissions that fulfil all requirements above will be considered for review and publication.
