Publication

All accepted and presented papers will be published in international conference proceedings indexed in Scopus (under confirmation).

Editorial Policy

All submitted manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer-review process conducted by members of the Scientific Committee. Each submission will be evaluated independently by at least two qualified reviewers with relevant expertise. All papers will first be screened for relevance, originality, and alignment with the conference scope. Submissions that pass the initial screening will be assigned to reviewers based on their expertise, ensuring the absence of any conflict of interest.

A manuscript will be considered for acceptance only if it receives favorable recommendations from both reviewers. Authors of manuscripts requiring revision will be invited to respond to reviewers’ comments and submit a revised version within a specified timeframe. The final decision on acceptance will be made by the Editorial Board based on the reviewers’ evaluations and the quality of revisions.

The conference adheres to ethical publication standards, including policies on plagiarism, data integrity, and originality. All submissions must be original and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. The final publication venue will be determined based on the outcome of the review process and formal agreement with an international proceedings publisher indexed in Scopus.
