Publication

All submitted manuscripts will undergo a peer-review process. Accepted and presented papers will be published in E3S Web of Conferences (Scopus-indexed), depending on the scope, quality, and editorial requirements of each publisher. Publication placement is determined by the editorial decision of the conference and publisher. Authors are required to adhere to formatting guidelines, revision requests, and publication policies.

*Final publication in Scopus-indexed media is subject to peer review and editorial approval by the respective publisher.

Editorial and Peer-Review Policy

All manuscripts submitted to GREENOVA (Global Conference on Environmental, Energy, and Natural Resources Innovation for Sustainable Development) undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure scientific quality, originality, and relevance to the conference scope.

Each submission is first subjected to an initial editorial screening by the Editorial Board to evaluate its suitability, academic quality, and compliance with the conference guidelines. Manuscripts that pass this preliminary assessment are then reviewed by two independent reviewers with relevant expertise. Reviewer selection is conducted with careful consideration of subject relevance and potential conflicts of interest.

Reviews are performed in a double-blind manner, in which the identities of authors and reviewers are concealed. A manuscript may be considered for acceptance only if it receives favorable recommendations from both reviewers. Authors of manuscripts requiring revision are invited to revise their work by addressing the reviewers’ comments. Revised submissions may be re-evaluated to ensure that the requested improvements have been adequately implemented.

The final decision on acceptance or rejection is made by the Editor-in-Chief, based on the reviewers’ reports and editorial judgment. The decision on revised manuscripts is final. All accepted papers represent a transparent and accountable peer-review process and are published in accordance with the editorial standards and publication ethics of E3S Web of Conferences.
