Responsible Use of AI in Scientific Writing:
Authors may use generative AI or AI-assisted tools strictly for language enhancement (e.g., grammar, clarity, readability), under full human supervision. The following principles apply:
Authors remain fully responsible and accountable for the originality, accuracy, integrity, and scientific validity of the manuscript.
AI tools must not be used to generate fabricated data, analysis, results, references, or interpretations.
Any substantive use of AI in the writing process must be disclosed at the time of submission, including the tool and its purpose.
AI tools cannot be credited as authors.
A Turnitin AI Writing Report must be submitted in PDF format as a Supplementary File.
AI detection scores are used for screening purposes only. A high AI indicator does not automatically result in rejection; however, manuscripts showing evidence of excessive automated text generation without clear human intellectual contribution may be subject to clarification, revision, or rejection at the discretion of the Scientific Committee. The Committee reserves the right to request additional explanation or supporting documentation if necessary.
