Full Paper Submission Guide


Submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines!

  1. Format and Template Full Paper
    2. The manuscript must strictly follow the official template. The submission file is in .docx file format, which can be downloaded here:

  2. Plagiarism Check (Turnitin)
    3. Authors are required to submit a Turnitin Similarity Report with the following rules:
    • Ensure that your manuscript is free from plagiarism. The maximum similarity index accepted at the 1st ICHESS is 20% (without bibliography).
    • Reports should not be submitted to institutional repositories.
    • The Turnitin report (PDF) must be uploaded via Supplemental File Submission.
  3. Required Submission Documents
    4. Each author must upload the following documents:
    • Through the Submission System:
      • Full Paper (.docx format)
    • Through Supplemental File Submission (in one folder):
      • Turnitin Similarity Report (PDF)
  4. Folder Naming
    5. For Supplemental File Submission, use the following folder naming format:
    ICHESS1_ManuscriptNo_FirstAuthorName
    Example: ICHESS1_9999_Astrid Noviana
    Only submissions that fulfil all requirements above will be considered for review and publication.
