Submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines!

    2. Full paper submission must be submitted through the OJS (Open Journal System) link:

  2. Format and Template Full Paper
    3. The manuscript must strictly follow the official template. The submission file is in .docx file format, which can be downloaded here:

  3. Plagiarism Check (Turnitin)
    4. Authors are required to submit a Turnitin Similarity Report with the following rules:
    • Ensure that your manuscript is free from plagiarism. The maximum similarity index accepted at the ICHESS 2026 is 20% (without bibliography).
    • Reports should not be submitted to institutional repositories.
    • The Turnitin report (PDF) must be uploaded via OJS.
