Submission Procedure

Authors must submit their manuscripts through the official ICESS 2026 submission system.

Before submission, authors should ensure that their manuscripts:

  • Follow the official ICESS 2026 manuscript template;
  • Are written in clear academic English;
  • Are original and not under consideration elsewhere;
  • Are aligned with one of the conference thematic tracks;
  • Comply with the author guidelines and ethical rules.

Manuscripts submitted after the deadline, not following the official template, or outside the conference scope may be returned to the authors or rejected during editorial screening.

Revision and Final Submission

Authors receiving revision requests must submit the revised manuscript within the deadline determined by the committee. Revised manuscripts should address reviewers’ comments clearly and follow the formatting requirements for final submission.

Final manuscripts that do not meet the required academic, ethical, formatting, or language standards may not be recommended for publication consideration.

Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools

Authors may use AI tools for language editing, grammar checking, formatting support, or improving manuscript readability. However, AI tools must not replace the authors’ responsibility for research design, analysis, interpretation, originality, and scholarly contribution.

AI tools must not be listed as authors or co-authors. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, integrity, references, data, and arguments presented in the manuscript. Manuscripts containing fabricated references, misleading content, plagiarism, or irresponsible AI-generated text may be rejected by the committee.
