PUBLICATION
Selected papers presented at ICESS 2026 will be considered for publication in conference proceedings or affiliated academic publication outlets. Publication consideration will be subject to peer-review results, editorial decision, scope alignment, ethical compliance, manuscript quality, formatting requirements, and the policies of the respective publisher or journal.
Acceptance for conference presentation does not automatically guarantee publication. Only manuscripts that meet the required academic quality, publication ethics, language standard, and publication outlet scope will be recommended for further publication consideration.
The publication process will be coordinated by the Guest Editors and the Publication Committee. Authors may be required to revise their manuscripts based on reviewers’ comments, editorial assessment, formatting requirements, and the standards of the intended publication outlet.
Publication Selection Criteria
Manuscripts recommended for publication will be selected based on the following criteria:
- Relevance to the ICESS 2026 theme and thematic tracks;
- Originality and contribution to knowledge;
- Methodological quality;
- Clarity of analysis and discussion;
- Compliance with publication ethics;
- Manuscript formatting and language quality;
- Suitability with the scope and requirements of the intended publication outlet.
Conference Proceedings
Selected papers may be considered for publication in an international conference proceeding with ISSN, subject to peer-review, editorial decision, publisher requirements, and final confirmation by the committee.
Affiliated Academic Publication Outlets
In addition to potential conference proceeding publication, selected manuscripts may be recommended to affiliated academic journals according to their topic, quality, scope alignment, and editorial requirements.

Recommendation to affiliated journals does not guarantee acceptance. Each manuscript will follow the editorial policy, peer-review process, publication schedule, scope requirements, and final decision of the respective journal.
Manuscripts that are not aligned with the scope of a particular journal may be redirected to a more suitable outlet or may not be recommended for journal publication.
